By You: You may disclose personal information when you post content to our websites, or other related social forums such as Vroom Entertainment Inc.’s social media pages, blogs, and online product reviews. Any information that you disclose through these services will become public.

Service Providers & Third Parties: We may share your information with our service providers who manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as order fulfillment, package delivery, marketing assistance, postal and e-mail delivery, customer service, data analysis, and credit processing. We do not authorize any of these providers to make any other use or disclosure of your information. Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Vroom Entertainment Inc. uses third party payment processors PayPal and Stripe to process payments made for products and services via the Website. All online payments will be conducted in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards and your billing information (which is only used by these payment processors for the purpose of performing fraud protection) is encrypted before being communicated to them. 

For PayPal we only store the tokens required to identify the transaction with PayPal, issue refunds and identify transactions made using PayPal.


If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.


Vroom Entertainment Inc. does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. Anyone under the age of 18, may use only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We delete information that we learn is collected from a minor without verified parental consent. Vroom Entertainment Inc. is committed to the well being and privacy of children online. 


If we decide to change/update our Privacy Policy, we will post a notification regarding such changes to this privacy policy on our homepage and other places we deem necessary in order for you to be aware of the information we collect, how it is used, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
